As a practitioner you want to provide the optimum skin care result, but this can often behindered by the cost of repeated treatments or by the client who does not attend regularly.

FACEplan is a monthly payment scheme that is tailored to each individual patient to fit their skin treatment needs. This enables the patient to budget for their care, it increases loyalty and attendance and brings a steady income to the practice.

Clients on the plan receive discounts on the skin care and products chosen for their individual plan as well as discounts on treatment and cosmeceuticals provided in addition to the treatment included in their plan. You can change their treatment choice annually and CODEplan will take care of the adminstration. It's simple to administer and the clients love it.

 

FACEplan is tailor-made for each clinic to reflect the treatments that you provide and the fees that you charge. It changes as you change and incorporate new treatments or the client's need change over time.

Which treatments can be included?
Any treatments and cosmeceuticals that the patient will need over the long term can be included in a FACEplan, Wrinkle Treatment, dermal fillers, Sculptra, IPL, hair removal, laser treatments, chemical peels,Dermaroller, facials, tooth whitening, massage or even a weigh loss programme.

Monthly collections
Each month the patient subscription is collected by Direct Debit on the first of the month and remitted to you on about the 12th with full reports.

Cancellations
Clients can give 3 months notice to cancel but they must pay any discounts for treatment taken within 12 months plus any balance for treatment received that has not yet been paid for in full.
