How Does FACEplan work?
After the patient has had their initial treatment, you simply suggest they ease the load of their next treatment in four to six months by paying a low monthly fee. CODEplan will devise the monthly costings for the patient based on the treatments they want to have. All you need to do is provide information on the treatments your patient wants to receive, get the patient to sign a form, and sign the form yourself.
The FACEplan in a Box fee includes a ready-made brochure and application form, a telephone consultation with CODE to help you set your fees and treatments which takes a maximum of an hour, and access to the training video.
FACEplan is tailor-made for each clinic to reflect your treatments and the fees that you charge. It’s fully adaptable allowing you to update it as you incorporate new treatments into your practice, or your client’s needs change.
The patient benefits from discounts on skin care and products chosen for their individual plan as well as discounts on cosmeceuticals provided, as an incentive to sign up for the plan. Not only does this mean that they can budget for optimum skin care, but it also ensures that they come back to you rather than a different practitioner. You can change their treatment choice annually, with full administrative support from CODEplan.
Fees are collected on 1 of the month and delivered to you on the 12 of the month, along with full reports. The direct debit can be set up discreetly so that no one needs know that the patient is having facial aesthetic treatments, as some people feel self-conscious about cosmetic treatments.
Already Have a Plan?
Even if you already have a plan in place, CODEplan can make administration easier: simply transfer to FACEplan in a box and you can retain your current membership fees and benefits: all your patients need to do is sign a new direct debit form enabling CODE to collect the fees and you can save on monthly administration from that point forwards.
Should the patient wish to cancel, they can do so with three months notice but must pay any discounts for treatments taken within twelve months, along with the balance for treatments received that haven’t been paid for in full. However, given the many benefits of FACEplan, with the right approach, you can use it to ensure patients will be having treatments from you for years to come.
